Poco M8 5G comes with a 6.77-inch curved display that gets 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3,200 nits of peak brightness. The screen supports wet touch 2.0 which allows you to use the phone with wet hands. The in-display fingerprint sensor is also available for better device security.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The device gets a sleek 7.35mm frame, weighs around 178 grams and comes with IP65 + IP66 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Poco M8 5G comes with the Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0 version while the company is promising 4 OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates. The phone has a dual rear camera system with a 50MP main sensor along with a 2MP shooter. And finally, Poco M8 comes loaded with a 5,520mAh battery that gets 45W wired charging support and 18W reverse wired charging as well.
The phone prices in 2026 are going to be much higher than what people are used to seeing and the launches this week clearly tell you the market is going to be very tough, especially if you want to buy a new device.
