Nothing is going to hike prices of its phones in the market and the first one is the recently launched model.
Nothing Phone 3a Lite has a glass design and triple cameras
Nothing is one of the many brands to announce price hikes in India since the start of 2026 and that means buying the Phone 3a Lite model will cost you more from January 2026 onwards. The RAM shortage caused by the big AI push has left the industry reeling and they seem to have been left with no choice but to pass on the higher price to the customer.
The Phone 3a Lite model was introduced in November 2025 and just a few months later people looking to buy the phone from Nothing will have to shell out extra.
Nothing Phone 3a Lite Price Hike In India: How Much It Costs Now
Nothing Phone 3a Lite was launched in India at Rs 20,999 for the base 8GB + 128GB model, which will now cost you Rs 22,999. Similarly, the 8GB + 256GB version of Phone 3a Lite is now priced at Rs 23,999 in the country. This means the Rs 2,000 price increase for the Phone 3a Lite model could become a regular sight over the next few weeks.
Nothing Phone 3a Lite Specifications
It sports a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits of peak brightness. The Phone 3a Lite is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage which is further expandable as well with the help of a microSD card. The phone also comes with the Android 15-based Nothing OS 3.5 version (not Android 16) but the new 4.0 version will be coming in early 2026.
The Phone 3a Lite carries a triple camera system which has a 50MP main sensor with OIS and EIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens and most likely a 2MP depth sensor. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W charging speed.
Nothing is unlikely to be the only brand to make the changes, with others also planning for a similar price hike across their models and we will be keeping an eye on further updates.
