Motorola is bringing a new premium device to the Indian market
Motorola is also joining in with the fun of phone launches in January 2026 and we are going to see the new Signature model from the brand announced in the Indian market. The company has started teasing the product which seems to be aimed at the premium segment.
The design of the Motorola Signature phone along with a possible inclusion of a periscope telephoto lens will have people excited to see the new product from the brand and we don’t have to wait too long to see the device.
Motorola Signature India Launch Date And Event Details
Motorola Signature India launch is confirmed for January 7, 2026 as mentioned in an official post on X by the company. The company is using words like premium and luxury which suggests this could be well above the Moto Edge lineup in the market.
Motorola Signature Launch: Specifications Expected
The Signature phone from the brand is tipped to feature a fabric finish on the back panel and we expect the device to have a sleek and lightweight design. The flat display is also likely to be part of the full package, and we could see the Signature model get another button which gives camera control or quick access for AI features.
The phone is going to have a periscope telephoto lens like most devices launched in recent months. We don’t know about the chipset powering the phone but we estimate this could be a Snapdragon 8 series chipset, or a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 series version. The sleek design should not take a hit on the size of the battery and we hope to see at least 6,500mAh unit if not more.
The premium Motorola device could be priced close to Rs 50,000 or maybe even more if the hardware specs are really bumped up for the product. Motorola will see the likes of Xiaomi, OnePlus and Realme launching their respective products over the next few weeks as 2026 looks to be starting with a bang.
