Google Workspace Studio has launched this week which enables users to create AI agents for different tasks within the Workspace apps. Mainly targeted at the enterprise customers, the new AI agent tool is not only going to help them design and manage the AI agents but also share with others.

AI agents are crawling around everywhere and even in browsers you have seen these agents capable of taking over the system and handling your tasks. Google is sort of making a store where these AI agents can be created and then offered to other people.

Workspace Studio For AI Agents: What It Offers

Google is primarily bringing the Workspace Studio for its enterprise subscribers over the next few weeks. It will be available later for paid users, who even signed up for the Google AI Pro business and education plans. The company is not catering to the general users with its AI agents platform but promises high efficiency results.

Having them compatible with Workspace means the AI agents can be used in apps like Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets and even Meet. Google is making it easy to create these AI agents as they are built on the Gemini 3 AI model and you can give prompts rather than code to develop these AI agents.

You can have the agents operate across these apps and perform the tasks assigned by the users with the help of the detailed and contextual prompt.

Using the Workspace Studio is also easier than most tools that people use to create AI agents. They can develop the agents within the Gemini text box and just feed your needs to the AI model and see the results. It is almost like generating images in Nano Banana but agents need more details and context along with the main course of its action.

Google is allowing the AI agents developed to connect with other enterprise platforms like Mailchimp and Salesforce among others. Automating tasks is an inevitable concept and Google is making its efforts to be at the top of the changing trends and demands in the AI era.
