Mumbai Indians (MI), the defending champions, have retained five players from their 2025 squad ahead of WPL 2026 mega auctions. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur, who led the Mumbai-based franchise to WPL titles in 2023 and 2025, has been retained along with England captain Nat Sciver-Brunt and West Indies captain Hayley Matthews.
