UP Warriorz, after finishing at the bottom of the points table in the WPL 2025 season, decided to retain only one uncapped Indian batter, Shweta Sehrawat. The 21-year-old right-handed batter from Delhi has played a total of 23 matches in the WPL for UP Warriorz and scored 261 runs in 20 innings.

UP Warriorz had the option to retain Australia’s captain Alyssa Healy, legendary England spinner Sophie Ecclestone and Sri Lanka captain Chamari Athapaththu, but they decided not to continue their association with them.
