Realme GT 8 Pro made its debut in China last month and now we have its launch date for India along with other details.
Realme GT 8 Pro is the other big addition to the market in November 2025 and the biggest highlight will be the new camera system developed with Ricoh. The GT 8 series is using the Snapdragon 8 Elite lineup for power, packs a 7,000mAh battery thanks to the silicon carbon tech and you get it with the Android 16-based Realme UI version out of the box.
The GT 8 Pro has a triple camera system that includes a 50MP primary wide Ricoh GR sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide lens and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with 120x digital zoom support.
Realme GT 8 Pro India launch details are also confirmed as the big November 2025 launch spree continues in the country. The GT 8 Pro was introduced in China last month, also showcasing its partnership with Ricoh for the phone’s imaging system. This will also be one of the first in the market with the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which will be also part of the OnePlus 15 and iQOO 15 launches in the country this month.
Realme has used the latest hardware on its premium GT series but the cameras have lacked that quality which we are hoping a partnership with Ricoh can gradually get better. The brand is promising better street photography experience which hints at upgraded telephoto lenses that can capture clear and crisp portraits.
Realme GT 8 Pro India Launch Date And More Details
Realme GT 8 Pro India launch is confirmed for November 20 and the event will start at 12:00 PM IST. Realme has launched a microsite for its new flagship product that shares the launch date along with teasers about the features of the new device.
Realme GT 8 Pro Specifications And Expected Price In India
Realme GT 8 Pro China launch gives us a good idea about the Indian variant, especially the chipset powering the device. The GT 8 Pro features a QHD AMOLED panel and you can expect the phone to come with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage in the country.
The 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset has shown its potential and we are eager to see how the GT 8 Pro utilises its raw power. We should also have the new camera system with Ricoh GR that should offer a 50MP main sensor but the main highlight is likely to be the 200MP periscope telephoto lens. Realme UI 7.0 was announced this week and it will be coming out of the box with the GT 8 series. The phone carries a huge 7,000mAh battery that gets 120W wired charging support.
Going by all these features, we expect the Realme GT 8 Pro price in India to be around Rs 60,000 which will make it a quality addition to the market.
