BEL Q2 Results: Its revenue from operations during July-September 2025 surges 25.8 per cent to Rs 5,792.09 crore, compared with Rs 4,604.90 crore in the year-ago period.

BEL Q2 Results 2025: State-owned Bharat Electronics Ltd on Friday reported a 17.78 per cent year-on-year (YoY) jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,287.16 crore for the second quarter ended September 30 (Q2 FY26). Its revenue from operations during July-September 2025 surged 25.8 per cent to Rs 5,792.09 crore, compared with Rs 4,604.90 crore in the year-ago period.
Its net profit had stood at Rs 1,092.78 crore in the corresponding period last year, according to a regulatory filing.
On a quarterly basis, BEL’s net profit surged 32.82 per cent as compared with Rs 969.05 crore in Q1 FY26.
On a standalone basis, Bharat Electronics Ltd’s net profit rose 17.85% YoY to Rs 1,286 crore as compared to Rs 1,091.27 crore reported in the year-ago period.
At the operational level, its Ebitda during the September 2025 quarter increased 22 per cent to Rs 1,695.6 crore from Rs 1,388 crore, while its Ebitda margin fell to 29.42% from 30.30% YoY. Ebitda stands for earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation.
After the results announcement, shares of BEL jumped 2.76% to trade at Rs 421.5 apiece on the NSE, as of 1:18 pm.
BEL’s order book as on October 1, 2025, stood at Rs 74,453 crore.
BEL Bags Rs 732-Crore Defence Orders
A day before the Q2 results, Navratna defence PSU Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) on Thursday announced fresh defence orders worth Rs 732 crore since its last disclosure on October 22, 2025.
The newly secured contracts cover a wide range of advanced defence and technology systems, including Software Defined Radios (SDRs), tank sub-systems, communication equipment, missile components, financial management software, cybersecurity solutions, upgrades, spares, and related services.
In addition, BEL had earlier received a major order worth ₹633 crore on October 22, 2025, from Cochin Shipyard Limited. The contract involves supplying critical components for sensors, weapon systems, fire control mechanisms, and communication equipment.
