End-November: Major Filing and Reporting Deadlines
The last date of the month, November 30, 2025, is packed with several high-priority filings:
- Challan-cum-statements for TDS deducted in October 2025 under Sections 194-IA, 194-IB, 194M, and 194S must be submitted by this date.
- Income Tax Return (ITR) filing for Assessment Year 2025–26 is due for taxpayers required to furnish a report under Section 92E, relating to international or specified domestic transactions.
- Constituent entities of international groups must also file their Form 3CEAA reports for the accounting year 2024–25 by this date.
Why These Deadlines Are Important
Tax experts say that adhering to these due dates not only prevents interest or late-filing penalties but also helps taxpayers manage their cash flow and compliance workload efficiently. Businesses and professionals are advised to maintain digital records, use automated reminders, and verify all data on the income tax portal well in advance to avoid last-minute rushes.
