Oppo Find X9 India launch is confirmed for next month
OnePlus launched its new flagship phone in China and now it is Oppo’s turn to unveil the Find X9 series globally on Tuesday. The company introduced the Find X8 version last year and now it is bringing the whole lineup for the market, and using MediaTek’s latest flagship chipset for the devices.
The Find X9 series could also mean the debut of the Ultra version in India but could happen at a later date. The Find X9 series will be introduced for global markets later today along with the new ColorOS 16 version.

Oppo Find X9 series is launching globally on Tuesday, October 28 and the event starts at 8:30 PM IST for those watching in India. Oppo will be livestreaming the Find X9 series launch via its official YouTube channel.
Oppo Find X9 Series Launch: What We Can Expect
The Find X9 series will have the regular Find X9 and the Find X9 Pro models with a possible inclusion of the Find X9 Ultra not being ruled out for now. These Find X9 models will be using the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset which is likely to rival the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 version in the market. The new hardware is claimed to be more powerful and efficient than the Dimensity 9400 SoC but there are other upgrades expected.
It will be the first phone to launch with the Android 16-based ColorOS 16 version out of the box. Oppo is likely to offer the Find X9 series with 16GB RAM and 1TB of storage. We’ve already seen the new devices teased in red, titanium and white colourways.
Oppo is continuing its deal with Hasselblad for the cameras and the new Find X9 series is tipped to get a 200MP periscope telephoto lens along with other lenses. The phones are expected to pack a 7,000mAh and 7,500mAh batteries with the X9 and the X9 Pro versions, respectively, with both expected to support 100W wired fast charging.
Oppo Find X9 series India launch is confirmed for November and this was announced at the recent India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025 event this month. The Find X9 India launch price could start around Rs 75,000 for the X9 and the X9 Pro could be priced close to Rs 1 lakh in the market.
