Epack Prefab Technologies and Gamco will release their quarterly earnings on October 22.

Geojit Financial Services Q2 (Consolidated YoY): Profit plunged 59.1% to Rs 23.5 crore from Rs 57.4 crore, while revenue dropped 22.3% to Rs 169.8 crore from Rs 218.5 crore.
Stocks to Watch
Axis Bank: The Reserve Bank of India has approved the appointment of Neeraj Gambhir as Executive Director for a three-year term effective October 20. Earlier in July, the bank’s board had cleared his appointment as Whole-time Director.
Marathon Nextgen Realty: The company, in partnership with Adani Realty, has announced Monte South Commercial, a landmark office and retail project in Byculla, Mumbai. The development spans 1.2 million sq ft, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 3,400 crore.
State Bank of India (SBI): The bank has raised Rs 7,500 crore through the issuance of non-convertible Tier 2 bonds at a coupon rate of 6.93%. Each debenture carries a face value of Rs 1 crore.
National Securities Depository (NSDL): SEBI has accepted the company’s Revised Settlement Terms (RST) recommended by the High-Powered Advisory Committee. The market regulator has directed NSDL to remit a settlement amount of Rs 15.57 crore within 30 days and comply with non-monetary terms related to certain non-compliances found during FY2023–24 inspection.
Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing: The company has commissioned two new facilities, a precision engineering unit (Unit 3) and a fabrication facility (Unit 4), in Bengaluru, expanding its total manufacturing footprint to 2,43,000 sq ft.
Manali Petrochemicals: AMCHEM SG, a wholly owned overseas arm of Manali Petrochemicals, has entered into a share purchase agreement with COIM S.p.A. – Chimica Organica Industriale Milanese for the sale of its entire stake in Notedome, UK, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary.
Precision Wires India: The board has approved the allotment of 27.67 lakh equity shares at Rs 151 per share, worth Rs 41.78 crore, upon conversion of warrants. The balance 75% of the issue price, amounting to Rs 31.33 crore, has been received from non-promoter allottees.
Bulk Deals
RBL Bank: BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 1.18 crore shares (1.9% stake) at Rs 317.85 per share, valuing the deal at Rs 377.35 crore.
Bliss GVS Pharma: Mateus purchased 26 lakh shares at Rs 150.6 per share (Rs 39.15 crore) from Arian Investment, which held 7.43% in the firm as of September 2025.
DCB Bank: Infinity Asset Advisors sold 16.54 lakh shares (0.52% stake) at Rs 145.18 per share, totalling Rs 24.01 crore.
South Indian Bank: Aditya Kumar Halwasiya acquired 2.01 crore shares (0.76% stake) at Rs 35.24 per share, for Rs 70.83 crore.
LT Elevator: India Max Investment Fund offloaded 1.44 lakh shares (0.75% stake) at Rs 134.08 per share, for Rs 1.93 crore.
