Nothing is busy working on the new OS, offering new features but will it also launch another device in the Phone 3 series this year?
Nothing has two devices in the Phone 3a lineup, will it add another one?
Nothing Phone 3 was the last flagship device to launch from the brand but it seems they are not done with the launches for 2025. In fact, the Phone 3 series could see a new and Lite addition in the form of Phone 3a Lite, as highlighted by a tipster in a new report this week.
The company has not shared any details for this rumoured Phone 3 model but it seems the news is spreading fast which hints at imminent teasers from the brand itself. Nothing already has the Phone 3a and the Phone 3 Pro in its lineup as well as the CMF Phone 2 Pro version but it seems to have the confidence to bring another Phone 3a model to the market.
Nothing Phone 3a Lite Could Launch Soon: Do We Need It?
Nothing launched Phone 3a earlier this year, which also had the Pro variant. Then we saw the Phone 3 flagship model introduced in India and other regions for a premium price tag that shocked many.
But the news about Phone 3a Lite feels sudden because most people thought the lineup was done with the Phone 3 version and now focus will shift to the number 4 series for early 2026. The details about the Phone 3a Lite are limited but as hinted by tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, we could see the new device launch before the end of 2025.
He also points out that Nothing will only have one 8GB + 128GB variant for the Phone 3a Lite that will also be available in black and white colour options.
Nothing has been busy with other things on the sidelines. It is working on the Nothing OS 4.0 version which is available as an open beta for Phone 3 users. It has also improved the feature set with the Essential space tool which can now record your calls and create a summary for it in the app.
There’s also the case of Phone 3 online deals being cancelled by Flipkart in India, claiming the price listed (Rs 26,000 with offers) by the seller is incorrect.
