Canara Robeco AMC IPO: Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited, a wealth management subsidiary of Canara Bank, will open its initial public offering (IPO) on Thursday, October 09, 2025. The three-day subscription window will remain open until Monday, October 13, 2025. The AMC is raising Rs 1,326.13 crore via OFS.
The issue comprises purely an offer for sale of up to 49,854,357 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholders.
The Offer for Sale comprises up to 25,924,266 Equity Shares by Canara Bank and up to 23,930,091 Equity Shares by ORIX Corporation Europe N.V.
Canara Robeco AMC IPO
The price band for the Offer is at ₹ 253 to ₹ 266 per Equity Share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 56 Equity Shares and in multiples of 56 Equity Shares of face value of ₹10 each thereafter.
SBI Capital Markets Limited, Axis Capital Limited and JM Financial Limited are the book running lead managers to the Offer.
The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE, likely on Thursday, October 16, 2025. The allotment will be done likely, Tuesday, on October 14, 2025.
Canara Robeco AMC IPO GMP
According to market observers, unlisted shares of Canara Robeco AMC Ltd are currently trading at Rs 266 apiece, compared with the upper IPO price of Rs Rs 266. It means a grey market premium (GMP) of nil.
The GMP is based on market sentiments and keeps changing. ‘Grey market premium’ indicates investors’ readiness to pay more than the issue price.
