On Friday, September 26, during India’s Super 4s match against Sri Lanka at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, he entered his name in the history books by becoming the first cricketer in the world to score 50 boundaries in a T20I series/tournament.
In the ongoing Asia Cup 2025, Abhishek has hammered 31 fours and 19 sixes so far. He scored 61 runs from 31 balls against Sri Lanka on Friday and during his stay at the crease smashed 8 fours and 2 sixes.
