Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO Vs Dev Accelerator IPO Vs Urban Company IPO: The primary market is buzzing this week with three mainboard issues – Dev Accelerator, Shringar House of Mangalsutra, and Urban Company – are gearing up for listing on the BSE and the NSE exchanges, likely tomorrow i.e., September 16.
Three public issues, all of which opened last week, received a good response from retail investors, subscribing multifold times during the three-day subscription window. Their grey market premiums (GMPs) also indicate likely positive listings.
Dev Accelerator IPO Listing Price Prediction
The allotment of unlisted shares of Dev Accelerator IPO was finalised on September 15, 2025. Investors bid for 49,61,11,320 equity shares against the 1,31,47,075 equity shares on offer, translating to a total subscription of 37.74 times.
According to market observers, unlisted shares of Dev Accelerator Ltd are currently trading at Rs 67 against the upper IPO price of Rs 61. It means a grey market premium or GMP of Rs 6, which is 9.84% over its issue price, indicating lukewarm listing gains for investors.
The GMP is based on market sentiments and keeps changing. ‘Grey market premium’ indicates investors’ readiness to pay more than the issue price.
Dev Accelerator Limited, one of the largest flexible workspace operators in Tier-2 markets, launched its initial public offering (IPO) between September 10, 2025 and September 12, 2025. Investors bid for 49,61,11,320 equity shares against the 1,31,47,075 equity shares on offer, translating to a total subscription of 37.74 times.
The company has fixed the price band at Rs 56–61 per share with a face value of Rs 2. The IPO, entirely a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 143.35 crore, does not include any offer-for-sale (OFS) component.
Urban Company Listing Price Prediction
The allotment of the Urban Company IPO was finalised today, September 15, in the evening.
On the final day of the three-day bidding, the issue received a 108.98x subscription, garnering bids for 11,06,88,64,130 shares as against the 10,15,65,534 shares on offer. The retail and NII participation stood at 41.49x and 77.82x, respectively. The QIB category was subscribed by 147.35x.
Meanwhile, its grey market premium or GMP has surged to 52.91%, compared with 54.3% on the last day of bidding on Friday and about 37% on the first day of bidding on Wednesday last week.
Shringar House Of Mangalsutra IPO Listing Price Prediction
Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited, a leading designer and manufacturer of mangalsutras in India, launched its initial public offering (IPO) between September 10, 2025 to September 12, 2025.
The initial public offering (IPO) of Shringar House of Mangalsutra attracted bids for 1,02,59,15,670 shares against the 1,70,16,000 shares on offer, as per stock exchange data available at 17:30 IST on Friday, 12 September 2025. This translates into a subscription of 63.97 times.
The company will list its shares on both BSE and NSE, with the tentative listing date fixed for September 17.
According to market observers, shares of Shringar House of Mangalsutra Ltd are expected to be listed at Rs 191 on the BSE and the NSE, as per its grey market premium. The GMP currently stands at Rs 26, which is nearly 15.76% over its IPO price of Rs 165, indicating a strong listing for the issue.
