Stocks To Watch On September 12: Markets traded in a subdued manner on Thursday, ending marginally higher as investors took a breather following the recent rally. In today’s session, several stocks, including Infosys, Asian Paints, Maruti Suzuki, State Bank of India (SBI), and NBCC, will be in focus due to key developments.

Infosys approved a Rs 18,000 crore share buyback at Rs 1,800 per share, representing 2.41 percent of its equity. The company also announced a 10-year digital alliance with HanesBrands Inc.

At State Bank of India (SBI), the Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB) has recommended Ravi Ranjan for appointment as the new managing director.

Indian Overseas Bank reduced its marginal cost of funds-based lending rate (MCLR) by 5 basis points in select tenors, effective September 15.

Canara Bank’s subsidiary, Canara Robeco Asset Management Company, has secured SEBI’s approval to file the draft red herring prospectus (RHP) for its upcoming IPO.

Prostarm Info Systems received a letter of intent worth Rs 159 crore from the Maharashtra Police for IT infrastructure development.

JTL Industries announced that its chief financial officer, Atul Garg, has resigned. Naveen Kumar Laroiya has been appointed as the new CFO.
