Sachin Tendulkar enjoys Jungle Safari

From conquering cricket fields to effortlessly capturing the beauty of wildlife, Sachin Tendulkar’s range of interests and expertise continues to amaze. The cricketing legend is presently spending some leisure time with his family at Kenya’s world-famous Maasai Mara. In a recently uploaded Instagram video, the Master Blaster is seen enjoying an adventurous jungle safari.

In the clip, Tendulkar can be spotted at the wheel of a safari vehicle, exploring the wilderness. The video also showcased various wild creatures, including lions, zebras, and giraffes. Captioning the post, Tendulkar wrote, “The lioness in this video surely knew how to pose when we stopped by her. She spent at least 10 minutes giving us her best angles while we took pictures.”

Just a couple of days earlier, Tendulkar was spotted embarking on another family outing, this time to Maheshwar in Madhya Pradesh’s Khargone district. He shared glimpses of the trip on social media, where he could be seen interacting warmly with local artisans.

Interestingly, Saaniya Chandhok—who is reportedly engaged to Tendulkar’s son, Arjun—was also seen accompanying the family. A Mumbai native, Saaniya hails from a reputed business lineage. She is the granddaughter of noted industrialist Ravi Ghai, whose Graviss Group operates Brooklyn Creamery and runs the Baskin-Robbins franchise in India.

“Listening, learning and soaking in the beauty of Maheshwar’s craft and community,” Tendulkar captioned his video from the visit.

In another development, rumours recently surfaced regarding Sachin Tendulkar’s possible appointment as the next president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). However, the iconic cricketer swiftly dismissed such talks, making it clear that no such move was on the cards.

“It has come to our attention that certain reports and rumours have been circulating regarding Mr. Sachin Tendulkar being considered, or nominated, for the position of President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI),” read a statement issued by SRT Sports Management Pvt Ltd.

“We wish to categorically state that no such development has taken place. We urge all concerned to refrain from giving credence to unfounded speculations,” the statement further added.
