Step-By-Step Guide On How To Apply
- Step 1: Get an appointment at the Voivodeship Office and apply for the permanent residency permit within the legal stay period.
- Step 2: Submit all the documents and provide fingerprints.
- Step 3: Pay the application fees, including the stamp duty worth PLN 640 (approximately Rs 15,577).
- Step 4: Get the residence card for PLN 100 (approximately Rs 2,434), which takes the overall residency charge to PLN 740 (approximately Rs 18,011).
- Step 5: Wait for the processing period to be over. It usually ranges from 6 to 12 months, but could also vary depending on the individual’s application.
- Step 6: Once the period is done, pay your card issuance fee and collect your permanent residency permit.
