Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 series has been announced this week, making them the new Android tablets in the market to rival the iPads and other brands like OnePlus and Xiaomi. The premium Tab S series has gone with the MediaTek Dimensity chipset for the first time, and you now get a slew of AI features thanks to the One UI 8 version running on the device. Samsung also gives you a large capacity battery, improved design with sleek and lightweight dimensions.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Price Details
The Galaxy Tab S11 Wi-Fi base variant is priced at $800 (Rs 69,500 approx), while the Tab S11 Ultra costs $1,200 (Rs 1,04,700 approx) for its starting version. Both the variants are available for pre-order and their India pricing will be revealed soon.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Specifications: What’s New
Next up, is the Galaxy Tab S11 series which has the bigger Ultra variant this year as well. The company’s new tablets get a 11-inch and a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED display on the Tab S11 and the Tab S11 Ultra, respectively. The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, which is the first from the brand. You get it with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
Samsung is providing the Android 16-based One UI 8 version out of the box with the new series. The new tablets look to make the best use of the Galaxy AI features with tools like Sketch to Image, Note Assist and Drawing Assist supported on the big screen.
The Tab S11 is 5.5mm thick and weighs 469 grams, while the Tab S11 Ultra comes at 5.1mm and weighs 692 grams. Samsung has its new DeX mode available with these tablets. Having this feature allows you to connect the Tab S11 or S11 Ultra to an external display for better productivity results.
The Tab S11 Ultra has dual cameras at the back, while the Tab S11 comes with a single sensor. What both these tablets don’t compromise on is the battery size, as the you get an 8,400mAh and 11,600mAh units with the Tab S11 and the S11 Ultra models, respectively.
