There’s something special about road trips, especially when heading towards the mountains. The Delhi to Himachal Pradesh route is among the busiest highways in the country, filled with famous dhabas. One of the most iconic names on this route is Mannat Dhaba in Murthal. Known not just for its food but also for the unique experience it offers. Recently, a content creator shared an interesting breakdown of their earning and how it turned into a true paratha giant.

As per the content creator, “Virender and Devender Kadyan used to run a small dhaba on the roads of Delhi. They noticed that many families pass by their place but never step inside. During that time, highway dhabas were mainly for truck drivers, while families found them unsafe and unhygienic. The Kadyan brothers then took a big risk by shifting their focus away from their existing customers and started working on attracting families. Today, because of that decision, more than 3000 kilos of flour are used and over 20,000 cups of tea are sold, which is more than Chaayos’ outlets.”

What Do The Travellers Care?

Mannat Haveli’s owners realised that travellers care about more than just food; they want a complete experience. Visitors want clean bathrooms, safe surroundings and a place where children can be comfortable. To meet these needs, the owner created open spaces, well-maintained washrooms and a play area for kids. By focusing on customer comfort and satisfaction, they created a memorable experience. At the same time, they carefully expanded without compromising the quality or taste of their food. Today, the Kadyan brothers serve over one crore people every year.

Secret Behind Mannat Haveli’s Massive Popularity

Mannat Haveli earns approximately Rs 1.5 Crore in a single day, Rs 45 Crore in a month and over Rs 500 Crore in a year. This comes from building a well-planned business with more than 15 outlets and ventures across multiple states. Their brand now includes Mannat Dhaba,

Mannat Haveli, and Mannat Resorts, with locations in Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Mannat Haveli’s success comes from a few key factors. They operate 24/7 and their kitchens work like a factory as they produce thousands of parathas every hour. Finally, the Murthal Effect makes the dhaba itself a destination, as people don’t just stop for food; they come for the experience.
