It’s starting to look like Ananya Panday’s favourite time of the year and we couldn’t agree more. Ananya Panday celebrated the spirit of Ganesh Chaturthi in a hand embroidered classic saree set designed by renowned fashion designer Arpita Mehta.
Exuding timeless elegance with modern allure, Ananya festive look is one for the books.
Arpita Mehta introduced the newest shade of warm olive and was brought to life by the brand’s forever muse Ananya Panday. The six-yards of sheer elegance is crafted in georgette and featured beige gold mirror, cutdana and multi thread hand embroidery on the saree border.
Styled by celebrity fashion stylist Ami Patel, Ananya paired the classic saree with a hand embroidered blouse with mirror tassel detailing on the sleeves. The blouse is multi-purpose and can be paired with a lehenga skirt or sharara pants. That’s the beauty of an Indian attire, every silhouette can be styled differently. The combination of gold and green is not only festive but also adds a regal vibe to one style.
Adding more sparkle to her contemporary Indian style, Ananya paired the saree with statement uncut diamond chandbaalis from Shri Paramani Jewels, and emerald and diamond bracelet and yellow sapphire and emerald ring from Jagdish Jewellers. Each statement jewellery piece celebrated the artistry of Indian design and set the tone for the festive season with elan.
Ananya completed her festive look with a messy bun adorned with an array of flowers styled by celebrity hair artist Sanky Evrus and celebrity makeup artist Stacy Gomes did Ananya’s minimal dewy makeup. Ananya’s saree moment was beautifully captured by photographer Sheldon Santos.
Ananya Panday who welcomed Lord Ganesha into her home, celebrated the auspicious day in a serene ivory kurta set designed by fashion designer Surily G. The ensemble featured intricate gota work and mirror hand embroidery in geometric motifs. The kurta set Ananya adorned was from Surily G’s latest collection, Inaara.
