WOOHOO is set to open its doors in September 2025 at Kempinski The Boulevard Hotel, promising a mouthwatering encounter where science fiction meets fine dining. AI-powered Chef Aiman will play an active role at the restaurant, collaborating with Dubai-based chef Reif Othman. Together, the duo will develop an inventive menu that would infuse global cuisines with a strong Asian influence.

This addition to Dubai’s culinary is expected to be unlike anything the city has seen before, TimeOut Dubai reported. At WOOHOO, cutting-edge technology will be used in its kitchen co-led by the artificial intelligence chef Aiman.
The AI chef won’t be confined to background operations like inventory management or data analysis. Instead, diners can expect Chef Aiman to curate dish crafted with high precision, like umami-laden sushi rolls, zesty ceviche, and robata skewers that aim to balance flavours, texture, and temperature with scientific accuracy. Aiman, the AI assistant, will contribute real-time suggestions based on mood-based flavour pairings, seasonal ingredient analysis, and creative reinterpretations of traditional recipes.
Described as more than a passive kitchen tool, Chef Aiman has been developed to provide “creative input on flavour profiles, ingredient pairings and culinary techniques”. It can reportedly be positioned as a partner in the kitchen rather than a silent support system.

The innovation extends to the beverage menu as well, which will feature molecular mixology, algorithmically matched drinks, and rare pours served with futuristic flair.
WOOHOO’s interior design is expected to match that of the AI’s deep concept. The dining space is a blend of cyberpunk and luxury, filled with interactive digital art, sci-fi-inspired textures, reactive LED installations, and a secret lounge called Spock. This hidden area will simulate a space journey experience, complete with immersive soundscapes and live DJ sets.
The venture is the latest from Gastronaut Hospitality, the group behind popular Dubai spots like Trove and BohoX.
