Produced, matured, and blended in Jammu and Kashmir, nestled in the Himalayas, the GianChand range pays tribute to the company’s founder, Dewan Gian Chand. Adambaraa is the latest expression in the series, and the first unpeated single malt from DeVANS. Aimed at discerning whisky enthusiasts, it has been matured in handpicked American ex-bourbon casks and offers a distinctive rich amber hue. Its tasting profile includes aromas of dried apricot, honey, and toasted spice, with a palate that opens up to layers of caramel and toffee, balanced with finesse.
The International Whisky Competition is known for its blind tasting format and is considered one of the most respected global contests dedicated to whiskies. This year’s win elevates India’s presence in the premium whisky segment.

Currently, GianChand Adambaraa is available at duty-free outlets in Hyderabad and Delhi, with plans to expand to wider retail markets soon. It follows the success of the original GianChand Indian Single Malt, which has received widespread acclaim and is regarded as one of the most sought-after premium Indian single malts in the country.
