As the release of her much-anticipated film Param Sundari approaches, Janhvi Kapoor has been stepping out in a series of eye-catching looks. But it was her latest promotional outing alongside Sidharth Malhotra that truly had fashion enthusiasts swooning. The 28-year-old actress embraced traditional charm with a contemporary twist, opting for a floral jaal saree that radiated understated opulence.
Decoding Janhvi Kapoor’s Floral Saree Look
Instead of a conventional drape, Janhvi Kapoor chose a six-yard wonder in a delicate blush pink hue. The sheer, netted overlay featured a meticulous all-over jaal design, accented with dainty floral appliqués that added depth and texture. The border, embroidered in matching pink blooms, framed the saree with a refined, feminine finish.
To complement the drape, she paired it with a sleeveless bralette-style blouse in the same pastel tone. The sweetheart neckline and intricate embellishments lent the look a hint of red-carpet glamour while keeping it rooted in ethnic sensibilities.

Interestingly, Janhvi’s pallu detailing echoed an iconic bridal moment from early 2024. Radhika Merchant’s haldi ensemble by Anamika Khanna had famously incorporated over 90 marigolds into a dupatta, paired with tagar jaal.
While Radhika’s floral experiment was extravagant and ceremonial, Janhvi’s jasmine-inspired interpretation feels perfect for relaxed occasions.
