During his stay at the crease for South Africa Champions in the final of WCL 2025 against Pakistan Champions, AB De Villiers hammered 12 fours and seven sixes.

Legendary South African batter and former captain AB de Villiers scored 120 runs from just 60 balls on Saturday (August 2) in Birmingham to help South Africa Champions secure a dominating win by 9 wickets over Pakistan Champions.
In the final match of the World Championship of Legends 2025 played at Edgbaston, 41-year-old AB de Villiers hammered 12 fours and 7 sixes during his stay at the crease and helped his team chase down the target of 196 runs in just 16.5 overs for the loss of one wicket.
In the 196-run chase, ABD added 72 runs in six overs for the first wicket with Hashim Amla (18 from 14) and an unbeaten 125 runs for the second wicket with Jean-Paul Duminy, who made 50 not out from just 28 deliveries.
The left-handed batter scored the winning runs for the South African team.
De Villiers, who scored a century in 41 balls against England Champions on July 24 and a 39-ball century against Australia Champions on July 27, crossed the 100-run mark against Pakistan Champions in the final match in 47 balls.
He scored a total of 431 runs in six matches of WCL 2025 and finished as the highest run getter. For his super with the bat, ABD won Player of the Match in the final and Player of the Series award as well.

For Pakistan Champions, Saeed Ajmal was picked up one wickets for 32 runs in four overs.
Earlier in the first half of the match, after opting to bat first, Pakistan Champions rode on opener Sharjeel Khan’s 76-run knock from 44 balls to post a total of 195/5 in 20 overs. Apart from Sharjeel, Umar Amin scored unbeaten 36 runs from 19 balls.
Hardus Viljoen and Wayne Parnell picked up two wickets each for the South African team and one Pakistani batter was sent back to the pavilion by Duanne Olivier.
