Premier Afghanistani spinner Rashid Khan entered his name in the history books on Monday, September 1, by breaking Tim Southee’s record of 164 wickets and becoming the highest wicket-taker in T20Is. The 26-year-old cricketer picked up 3 wickets for 21 runs in four overs against UAE in Sharjah to take his tally of wickets to 165 in 98 matches. A total of 22 bowlers around the world have dismissed at least 100 batters in the list, but surprisingly there is no one from India. In fact, there are three cricketers from Pakistan, and countries like Ireland, Kenya, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Uganda, Oman and Nepal also have their players in the 100+ wicket-takers list.
