Struggling with stubborn belly fat? Malaika Arora’s latest fitness routine has the solution.

Malaika Arora shared four powerful crunch variations you can easily do at home with just a yoga mat
Belly fat is one of the most stubborn areas to lose. Even with regular workouts and clean eating, that little bulge around the waist can be difficult to shed. If you’re searching for effective ab exercises at home to target your midsection, look no further than Malaika Arora’s belly fat workout.
On September 1, the fitness diva shared an Instagram video demonstrating four powerful crunch variations, no gym equipment needed, just a yoga mat. Each move is designed to burn calories, tone muscles, and strengthen your upper abs, lower abs, and obliques.
1. Knee-to-Elbow Crunch
How to do it: Lie on your mat, engage your core, and lift your upper body like a crunch. At the same time, bend your knees toward your chest while driving your elbows forward, trying to meet them in the center.
Reps: 3 sets of 12–15
Targets: Lower belly fat, strengthens the core
2. Boat Pose Crunch
How to do it: Sit in a reclined position, extend arms forward and legs straight into a V-shape. Pull knees toward your chest, wrap your arms around them, then extend again.
Reps: 3 sets of 12–15
Targets: Obliques, tones the waistline
3. Ankle Tuck Crunch
How to do it: Lie down with arms overhead and legs stretched out. Lift torso and legs simultaneously, bending knees toward your chest. Reach forward with arms parallel to your shins and tap your ankles.
Reps: 3 sets of 12–15
Targets: Upper and lower abs, full core activation
4. V-Sit Hold
How to do it: Begin flat on your back with arms by your side. Lift legs at an angle and raise your torso, arms extended parallel to your legs, forming a V-shape. Hold briefly, then release.
Reps: 3 sets of 12–15
Targets: Entire core—upper abs, lower abs, and obliques
Why This Routine Works
These four Malaika Arora-approved ab exercises combine crunch variations with static holds, ensuring maximum muscle engagement and fat burn. The best part? You don’t need a gym, just a yoga mat and consistency.
If you’ve been struggling with belly fat, add this core workout at home to your fitness plan for a stronger, leaner midsection.
