Ingredients: 50 ml Artic Ripe Cranberry Vodka, 10 ml lime juice, 15 ml cranberry juice, 10 ml honey syrup, soda water, fresh cranberries & mint

Method:

  • Combine vodka, lime juice, cranberry juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice
  • Shake until chilled, strain into an ice-filled glass
  • Top with soda water, garnish with cranberries & mint

Ingredients: 50 ml gin, 20 ml turmeric-orange cordial, 80 ml tonic water, orange peel/star anise

Method:

  • Build all ingredients in a glass with ice
  • Stir gently, garnish with orange peel or star anise
