Actor Hrithik Roshan’s residence in Juhu is the perfect blend of natural light, fresh air, and sweeping sea views. Designed to maximise daylight and maintain an open, breezy layout, the luxury apartment connects seamlessly with the ocean, a reflection of Hrithik’s love for the sea.
According to documents accessed by Zapkey, Hrithik has rented out this sprawling 12,000 sq. ft. apartment to his partner, actor Saba Azad, for ₹75,000 per month on a one-year lease.

In an Architectural Digest India feature (September 1, 2018), Hrithik gave a rare look inside the seaside property designed by architect Ashiesh Shah. Located in Mannat Apartments on the upscale Juhu-Versova Link Road, the home stands out for its nautical inspiration and high-end interiors.
The space balances luxury with personality, quirky one-liner wall frames, a chocolate vending machine, billiards and foosball tables, and an all-white bar tucked into the living area. Every detail adds to its relaxed yet stylish vibe.
Neutral Tones & Bespoke Decor
The interiors flow in soothing neutral shades with hints of blue that echo the sea outside. A Roche Bobois couch, Simone chairs, and a custom Jaipur Rugs carpet anchor the living room. Driftwood stools, corals, and other nautical accents bring the theme to life, alongside furniture sourced globally, including from Dubai.
Adding layers of creativity, the home also features flea market finds, a graffiti wall by artist Daku that doubles as a movie projection screen, and a movable photo grid displaying cherished family memories. The dining space, highlighted by an SH Raza painting and a Roche Bobois Astrolab table, rounds off the elegant yet personal atmosphere.
