Many users across Delhi-NCR reported widespread disruptions in Airtel’s mobile network on Monday, citing issues such as call drops, weak or lost signal, and sluggish internet connectivity.
According to Downdetector, which monitors tech glitches, over 3,600 reports of Airtel outages were reported at around 4:32 pm on Monday. There was a gradual decline to less than 1,300 reports by 5.40 pm.
“Our customers from Delhi-NCR are experiencing some voice calling issues for the past hour or so,” a statement by the company read. “A Significant part of the issue has already been resolved, and our engineers are at work to resolve this fully. We deeply regret any inconvenience.”

The outage has sparked frustration among subscribers, many of whom sought clarification.

Frustrated customers took to platforms like X and Instagram to share their experiences, with many poking fun at the situation through jokes and relatable posts.
