Liam Livingstone was on fire with the bat for Birmingham Phoenix on Tuesday (August 12). In the 10th league match of the 2025 Men’s Hundred competition played between Oval Invincibles and Birmingham Phoenix at Edgbaston in Birmingham, he scored 69 runs from just 27 balls. During his stay at the crease, he hammered seven fours and five sixes. Of his 12 boundaries, he scored three fours and as many sixes against Rashid Khan.
He faced eight balls bowled by Rashid and scored 32 runs. The tally of 32 runs against Rashid on Tuesday helped Livingstone become the first cricketer in the world to score 200 runs in T20s against the premier spinner from Afghanistan.
