Vivo V60 is the latest phone to launch in India from the brand this year. The successor to the V50 model looks to focus on design and cameras with the new upgrades. The last V-series model came out in February this year and six months later we are seeing the new version come out in the country. Vivo is offering a new Snapdragon chipset, packing a bigger capacity battery and providing multiple IP ratings for better protection.
Vivo V60 Price In India
Vivo V60 price in India starts at Rs 36,999 which buys you the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the higher 256GB model costs Rs 38,999 and 12GB + 256GB variant comes for Rs 40,999. Vivo even has a 16GB + 512GB option this year which costs Rs 45,999. Vivo V60 sales in India start from August 19.
Vivo V60 Specifications
The phone gets a 6.77-inch 1.5K quad-curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and promises 5,000 nits local peak brightness. The V60 is powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
Vivo is offering the Android 15-based Funtouch OS version with the device and promises four OS upgrades and six years of security updates. Vivo also has its own set of AI features like AI smart call assistant, AI spam block tool, AI captions, and other AI image editing tools.
Talking about imaging, the V60 features a triple camera system that consists of a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP Sony telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens. Even the front of the phone carries a 50MP shooter with autofocus and 4K video recording support.
Vivo V60 is the latest in the lineup to carry a 6,500mAh silicon carbon battery that allows the device to be sleek at 7.65mm and weigh just 200 grams. The phone also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings like the other recent Vivo phone launches in the market. The unit supports 90W fast wired charging speed with the bundled adapter from the brand.
