Kontoor Brands has completed the sale of its Lee business to Authentic Brands Group, sharpening its portfolio around growth-oriented brands.
CEO and Chairman Scott Baxter said the transaction positions the company to pursue stronger shareholder returns, while thanking the Lee team for its contributions and wishing it well in the brand’s next chapter.
