India’s Snitch acquires Berrylush, enters women’s fashion



Indian direct-to-consumer (D2C) lifestyle brand Snitch has acquired women’s western-wear label Berrylush, marking its formal entry into women’s fashion as it widens its portfolio beyond menswear.

Berrylush will continue to operate under its existing brand identity while drawing on Snitch’s capabilities in product innovation, technology, supply chain, marketing and omnichannel retail. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, as reported by domestic media outlets.

Siddharth Dungarwal, founder and chief executive officer of Snitch, announced the acquisition on social media and said the company would work with Berrylush co-founder Anusha Chandrashekar and her team to rebuild and relaunch the label as Berrylush 2.0.

Snitch described the transaction as a full acquisition and positioned it as part of a long-term plan to add women’s fashion without creating a new label from the ground up.

Over the coming months, the Bengaluru-based company plans to focus the Berrylush business on faster product innovation, stronger customer experience, deeper omnichannel expansion and sustainable long-term growth.

Berrylush reported annual revenue of about ₹442 million (~$4.42 million) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, according to Tracxn data.
