Flights, trains, buses, hotels: End-to-end travel planning now just an AI chat away

The company said users can search and compare flights, trains, buses and hotels in real time within ChatGPT and proceed to booking via ixigo Group apps. The integration also introduces real-time flight tracking, allowing users to access updates on boarding gates, baggage belts and check-in counters.

Users can activate the services by typing @ixigo @AbhiBus or @ConfirmTkt in a prompt. Through natural language queries, they can search domestic and international flights, check real-time prices and availability, access fare insights, and view alternative travel dates with lower fares.
The offering also extends to hotel discovery and bookings, allowing users to search using conversational prompts and view pricing and booking options. The ixigo app further provides airport cab options for travel to and from major airports.

With the integration of AbhiBus, users can browse and filter intercity bus options, compare operators and schedules, and proceed to bookings. ConfirmTkt enables users to search train availability, explore confirmed ticket alternatives across routes, and complete bookings via its platform.
