Dugasta Properties offers emergency accommodation
Dubai-based developer Dugasta Properties said it will provide free temporary accommodation to people stranded in the city during the current crisis.
The company said the offer applies to travellers of any nationality unable to continue their journey because of flight cancellations or airspace closures. The aim is simple: give people a place to stay until they can return home.
Sonu Sood announces emergency accommodation support
Bollywood actor Sonu Sood – who serves as Dugasta Properties’ brand ambassador – said travellers stuck in Dubai should reach out directly.
“Anyone who is stranded in Dubai because of the ongoing crisis… we want to tell you that you have a place to stay,” he said.
Sood added that those affected can send a message on Instagram to him or to Dugasta Properties, and the team will arrange free accommodation until travellers are able to return to their country.

Dugasta Properties Development is a real estate developer based in Dubai. The company focuses on residential developments and property investment projects in the city.
The firm markets investment-focused housing developments and promotes flexible payment plans for buyers. One of its widely advertised initiatives is the “Vision 10 on 10” programme, which promises investors returns of around 10 percent annually for ten years on certain property projects.
The developer’s current accommodation offer is separate from those investment programmes. It is being positioned as a temporary relief measure during the travel disruption.
Wider support across Dubai
The Dugasta initiative comes at a time when private companies and hospitality operators in Dubai are beginning to extend help to travellers unable to leave the region.
Several hotels and property operators have been offering short-term accommodation assistance as cancellations continue across parts of the Gulf.
Flights are expected to resume gradually, but in the meantime, accommodation support from both government and private companies is helping stranded passengers find temporary shelter in the city.
