Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold has got a limited release so far and finally it will be available in the US market. But that price tag?
Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold US price has been confirmed.
Samsung has launched its tri-foldable Galaxy device in select regions till date but finally we are going to see it available in the US market along with an eye-watering price tag. The new device was always going to be costlier than the regular foldables in the market and Samsung had already given us some hints with its launch price in South Korea.
But the availability in the US market is a big deal, especially for a product that is not likely to be sold in big numbers or in all countries.
Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold US Price
Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold will cost $2,899 (Rs 2.61 lakh approx) in the region and you get it with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage for the price. Samsung has showcased its tri-foldable device in other regions, including India, but a launch is not expected at least for the first-gen model.
However, Samsung does have the big Galaxy S26 series and the Galaxy Z Fold 8 series launches in the pipeline for 2026 and these devices will be available across the globe.
Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold Specifications
Samsung’s new tri-foldable device continues the focus on making sleek products and the Galaxy Z TriFold measures at 3.9mm when unfolded. It features the traditional folding mechanism that opens from the cover display, the next layer and then the full avatar. You also have IP48 rating and for its stature the Galaxy Z TriFold weighs 309 grams.
The device sports a 6.5-inch 120Hz AMOLED cover display with Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 protection.
The full unfolded state gives you a 10-inch screen. Samsung is using last year’s Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship chipset with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage for the new model. You have it with the latest One UI 8 version based on Android 16 out of the box, and the company is enabling DeX mode to work on the device in the 10-inch form itself.
For imaging, the TriFold has a 200MP main sensor clubbed with a 10MP telephoto lens and a 12MP ultrawide lens. The front caters to dual 10MP selfie shooters. And finally, the phone packs a 3-cell 5,600mAh battery that only offers 45W charging support.
