Google Pixel 10a launch is around the corner and a new tip suggests the company could bring its mid-range device a lot earlier than last year. The Pixel 10a leaks have been reported over the last few months and now we are getting the Pixel 10a launch timeline which is not far away from now.
The Pixel a-series lineup is seeing less and less upgrades with each generation and the Pixel 9a showed us the value of buying the regular Pixel 9 model for a price tag that is narrower than we thought it would be. The Pixel 10 series has shown gradual premium improvements and another leak courtesy Onleaks has suggested the Pixel 10a will be more of the same from Google.
Pixel 10a Launch In 2026: Already?
In a new tip around the Pixel 10a launch this year, one post by Roland Quandt claims the new Pixel ‘a’ model will be hitting the store shelves by mid-February which is almost a month before the Pixel 9a was launched last year. He also points out that the Pixel 10a will come in 128GB and 256GB storage models and it will be available four colour ways. He doesn’t say much about the Pixel 10a launch price but that should become clearer in the next few weeks.
Pixel 10a Launch Soon: What To Expect
The leaked render of the Pixel 10a was shared by reliable tipster Onleaks earlier. The bad news is that the Pixel 10a could hardly be seen as an upgrade on the 9a and more of a like-to-like successor. You can expect the same dual camera module with a flat panel but with thinner bezels than the Pixel 9a.
The 10a version is expected to sport the same 6.2-inch OLED display but we hope Google can at least make the panel brighter than its predecessor next year.
Google is tipped to offer the Tensor G4 chipset instead of the new G5 version which is ideally done to keep the launch price manageable for the company. With barely any upgrade to highlight it would be hard to see Google price the Pixel 10a more than the 9a model which was launched for $449 (Rs 43,900 approx) for the sole 128GB variant, and upwards of Rs 54,000 in the Indian market.
