OnePlus 13s launch was the start of the compact phone segment last year and we are now seeing Oppo enter the arena with the new Reno 15 Pro Mini model in the country. OnePlus 13s price in India starts at Rs 54,999 for the base 12GB + 256GB model and you have to pay Rs 59,999 for the higher 512GB variant. Oppo Reno 15 Pro Mini price starts at Rs 59,999 for the base variant 12GB + 256GB while the 512GB model costs Rs 64,999.
OnePlus 13s Vs Oppo Reno 15 Pro Mini: Design And Display
OnePlus 13s is compact but not very thick, which is also the case with the Reno 15 Pro Mini. The 13s weighs 185 grams and comes with 8.2mm thickness. The Oppo device comes at 187 grams but at 8mm it is thinner than the OnePlus phone.
The back of the OnePlus 13s is metallic while the frame uses aluminium alloy which gives it solid grip in the hand and durability to handle the wear and tear. Reno 15 Pro Mini goes with 3D-texture glass finish and aluminium frame. OnePlus is offering only IP65 rating while Reno’s device gets IP68 and IP69 ratings.
The 13s sports a 6.32-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ as well. While the Reno 15 Pro Mini gets a 6.32-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support only.

OnePlus 13s is using the 2025 flagship chipset Snapdragon 8 Elite with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage which is not expandable. Oppo has powered its compact Reno model with MediaTek Dimensity 8450 SoC with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. This gives the 13s a big edge while the Reno 15 Pro Mini opts for a middling version.
OnePlus is offering the OxygenOS 16 version with the device and is promising 4 OS upgrades along with 6 years security updates. Oppo says its phone will get 5 OS upgrades and 6 years of patches. The Android 16-based ColorOS 16 version comes out of the box.
OnePlus 13s Vs Oppo Reno 15 Pro Mini: Cameras
The OnePlus 13s comes with a dual rear camera system that includes a 50MP primary sensor with OIS along with a 50MP telephoto lens that only gets EIS. The Reno 15 Pro Mini features a 200MP main sensor paired with a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with OIS.

OnePlus has packed the 13s with a 5,850mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support. Oppo Reno 15 Pro Mini comes loaded with a 6,200mAh battery that also supports 80W wired fast charging speed.
