A year after their wedding, Armaan Malik shared behind-the-scenes moments from the recording of ‘Ghar’, revealing that the song was sung by not just him but also Aashna.

Bollywood singer Armaan Malik and fashion influencer Aashna Shroff tied the knot in December 2024 in an intimate ceremony. To make their wedding special, Aashna walked down the aisle to a background score, ‘Tu Hi Mera Ghar,’ composed by her brother-in-law, Amaal Malik. But little did anyone know that the song Aashna walked down the aisle to was sung by not just Armaan but also the influencer herself.
A year after their wedding, Armaan shared this heartwarming detail from their special day. Taking to Instagram, Armaan dropped a video featuring behind-the-scenes moments from the recording of the song. The clip shows the couple heading to the studio, rehearsing the track, Aashna stepping up to the mic, and candid moments from the emotional recording session.
Armaan Was Nervous And Excited
Sharing the video, Armaan wrote, “A year ago today, we shared with the world that we got married, and got to freeze that moment in time with a song called ‘Ghar.’ It became the song Aashna walked down the aisle to, and it still feels surreal every time we relive it. What made it even more special was singing it together.”
He further added that while he has always admired Aashna’s voice, she was initially shy about singing. “I’ve always told her she has the most beautiful voice, and she’s always been shy about it, so getting her to step up to the mic took a little bit of convincing,” he wrote, calling the experience honest and timeless.
Armaan also thanked composer Amaal Mallik and lyricist Shloke Lal for helping bring the song to life. “A year later today, we get to share some behind the scenes moments from that day, we were both nervous, but once it started, it just felt right. Grateful to @amaal_mallik and @shlokelal for helping us create something so honest and timeless,” he concluded.
