Virat Kohli visits MS Dhoni’s Ranchi farmhouse with Rishabh Pant and Ruturaj Gaikwad ahead of India’s ODI series against South Africa at JSCA Stadium.

Ace batter Virat Kohli was on Thursday seen visiting former India captain MS Dhoni’s farmhouse in Ranchi, three days before the Indian team takes on South Africa in the first of the three ODIs at the JSCA International Stadium Complex.
After a practice session earlier in the day, Kohli visited Dhoni’s house to catch up with him.
Not just Kohli, but the likes of Rishabh Pant and Ruturaj Gaikwad was also seen paying a visit. A video of Dhoni driving his car and Kohli seated beside him has also gone viral. Watch the video here:

Earlier in the day, Kohli and Rohit Sharma were spotted sharpening their skills in the nets, three days before the ODI series against South Africa. Tilak Varma and Gaikwad joined the season as well.
The South Africa series will mark Rohit and Virat’s return to international cricket. The pair last played in the ODI series in Australia, where India were outclassed in the first two matches and lost the series 1-2.
After a hard start to the series, Rohit and Virat reminded everyone of their pedigree in the final ODI, putting together a match-winning partnership that earned India a consolation victory over Australia.
Having retired from Tests, Rohit and Kohli will now return under KL Rahul’s captaincy for the upcoming three-match ODI series.
The Indian team will be under significant pressure after the Test series loss, but the return of Rohit and Virat is expected to provide a crucial morale lift heading into the three ODIs.
