iQOO 15 India launch is confirmed for November and now we might be getting a clearer idea about its possible price in the country.
iQOO 15 will be the new flagship phone to launch in the country
iQOO 15 is launching in India in the next few weeks and the company is doing its best to keep the hype and excitement going. The new iQOO flagship device will be joining the likes of the OnePlus 15 and the Realme GT 8 Pro in the market this month as people are being spoilt for choices with respect to premium and powerful phones.
iQOO 15 is being tipped to be a big upgrade on its predecessor, not only because of the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset but other first time additions to the model from the company. But will that invariably lead to a price hike for the iQOO 15 version?
iQOO 15 India Price Tipped: What We Know
The iQOO 15 launch price in India is reportedly going to start at Rs 65,000 but with bank offers you might end up paying around Rs 60,000 for the new device, as highlighted by Gadgets360 in its report. At this price, iQOO 15 will become the most affordable phone with the latest Snapdragon flagship chipset in the market.
iQOO 15 India Launch: Expected Specifications
iQOO 15 will be offered with the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset which is not surprising and the hardware could be paired with up to 16GB RAM and maybe 1TB storage this year. It also comes with Android 16-based OriginOS 6 version out of the box.
The new iQOO phone comes with a triple camera setup where you have a 50MP wide primary sensor, along with a 50MP periscope telephoto and a 50MP ultrawide lens. All these upgrades suggest the iQOO 15 price in India could start from Rs 70,000 for buyers.
The report by Smartprix suggests iQOO 15 will be offering 5 OS upgrades along with seven years of security updates. The previous iQOO flagship model has been promised four OS upgrades and 5 years of security patches, so this is a definite improvement. This means the new phone will be getting an Android 21 update in 2030 while its security patches will be active for a further two years until 2032 for the users.
