Apple launched the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max in orange colour which seems to have been a big hit. And it hardly comes as a surprise that other brands plan to venture into this arena with their new products and one of them could be Samsung.

The Galaxy S26 series is heavily tipped to launch early next year and a new leak hints the company is going to have a new colour option for buyers, just in case they love orange a little too much. Samsung is expected to delay the launch of the Galaxy S26 models in 2026 and the company has reportedly made changes quite a few times to its lineup.

Samsung Galaxy S26 In Orange: Would You Buy It?

The first sign of the orange colour Galaxy S26 model has been shared by reliable tipster OnLeaks with a post on X this week. He also points out that Samsung’s rumoured decision to cancel the S26 Edge model means the S26 and the S26 Plus will be continued and both these devices will be launching in orange colour, for which he even has shared a rendered image.

The design of the reported S26 model looks identical to its predecessor but the orange shade is starting to make its mark, and we could see more brands other than iQOO and Realme bring this colour to the market in the next 12 months.

Samsung has also been in the news for some worrying issues earlier this week. Samsung users have been the target of a dangerous spyware campaign that can be activated just by clicking on an image in WhatsApp. The new report comes via a cybersecurity firm who claims the victims in the Middle East were the main target with this campaign and the worrying part is that nobody knew about the attacks for months.

The details from Unit 42, part of Palo Alto Networks, has mentioned the spyware called Landfall which has been moving across devices hiding in plain sight within regular images that are being sent through WhatsApp region.

The report says some of the latest Samsung devices, including the foldables have been the target for the spyware campaign that can be used to gather details such as calls, get access to photos and messages on the device, and even use the microphone covertly to listen to the conversations.
