Jasprit Bumrah will lead India’s bowling attack in the five-match T20I series against Australia, which is set to start on Wednesday (October 29). During the first T20I match between the two teams, which is set to be played at Manuka Oval in Canberra on Wednesday, Bumrah will have a chance to enter his name in the history books. If the 31-year-old pacer from Ahmedabad, who made his international debut in January 2016 against Australia at Sydney Cricket Ground, manages to take at least four wickets, then he will complete 100 dismissals in T20Is and will also become the first Indian bowler to take at least 100 wickets in all three formats.
As of now, Bumrah has 96 wickets to his credit in 75 T20Is played so far. He has dismissed 226 batters in 50 Tests and has picked up 149 wickets in 89 ODIs.
