The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has rolled out four new mobile apps and key upgrades to its NSE MF Invest mutual fund platform. These updates are designed to make investing, trading, and compliance easier and more transparent for investors, members, and listed companies.

The new digital tools include an upgraded Investor App, a WhatsApp Chatbot, a Member Portal App, and the NEAPs App for companies. All of them are now available for download on both Android and iOS platforms.

Investor App Gets New Features

The Investor App now allows users to track their portfolios more easily by linking accounts using the Unique Client Identification (UCI) system. It also supports 13 Indian languages, including Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Marathi, ensuring that investors across the country can access it comfortably.

The app gives users a clearer view of their investments made through the NSE and lets them connect their broker accounts directly. With this upgrade, NSE aims to help investors monitor their portfolios in real time and make informed decisions with ease.

WhatsApp Chatbot Brings Market Info to Your Phone

To make market updates more accessible, NSE has also launched a WhatsApp Chatbot. This allows investors to check stock prices, market statistics, and key updates instantly through the popular messaging app.

Member Portal App Simplifies Compliance

For trading members, the new Member Portal App provides a real-time compliance dashboard. It shows the status of submissions, penalties, and important circulars. Members can also access investor awareness programs and Foreign Institutional Investor (FII) and Domestic Institutional Investor (DII) statistics right from their phones.

NEAPs App Keeps Companies Updated

For listed companies, NSE has introduced the NEAPs App; a one-stop platform to check submission statuses, view compliance calendars, and track stock performance. It helps company officials stay on top of regulatory tasks while also receiving exchange-related updates on time.

Major Enhancements to NSE MF Invest Platform

NSE has also made major improvements to its NSE MF Invest platform. Investors can now place up to 10 orders, including Lump Sum, SIP, STP, and SWP, in one go using a new carting feature. A payment retriggering option has also been added for smoother transactions.

Other upgrades include folio auto-population, which automatically fills in investor details to avoid manual errors, and improved mapping for EUIN, Sub-broker, and ARN codes, ensuring more accurate entries.
