Canva Down In India: Several users reported a technical glitch in the editing app Canva on Monday. The users are unable to access the app and also the links related to the app.
As the app opened, the screen displayed a ‘Server Error’ notification.
The technical glitch was not just limited to one device.
On the Comet browser, the Canva tool loaded but did not allow image downloads to the desktop.
The iOS app also appears to be facing issues, displaying a message on its landing page that reads: “Something isn’t working on our end. You can try again in a few seconds, or check the status page for updates and help.”
So far, Canva has not released any official statement regarding the outage. However, according to Downdetector, users have filed over 200 reports of disruptions within the past few minutes.
