Arch-rivals India and Pakistan are up against each other in the sixth league match of the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup 2025. In the 50-over match currently underway at R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, the Fatima Sana-led Pakistani team bowled India out for 247 runs in 50 overs. This is the first time in women’s ODIs that a Pakistani team has managed to dismiss all 10 Indian batters.

In the last 11 ODIs played between the two teams, Pakistan never managed to dismiss more than 9 Indian batters.

Diana Baig picked up 4 wickets for 69 runs in her quota of 10 overs for the Women in Green on Sunday (October 5), and two Indian batters each were sent back to the pavilion by captain Fatima and spinner Sadia Iqbal.

For India, No. 3 batter Harleen Deol scored 46 runs from 65 balls, and wicketkeeper-batter Richa Ghosh remained unbeaten on 35 runs from 20 balls.
