Shamita Shetty is certainly a fitness addict, as evidenced by her toned figure and dedication towards a healthy life. Whether she’s sweating it out at the gym or practising a yoga asana, the actress inspires fans with her demanding fitness routine. The actress, a fitness role model for millions, routinely posts photos of her workouts on social media, which include weight training, yoga, and dancing. Her latest post is ideal for those who want to do cardio without spending on any equipment

Shamita Shetty expressed that after her weight training, she likes to indulge in cardio. Instead of heavy equipment, the actress mentioned that she prefers climbing stairs. In the video, she is seen climbing up to the seventh floor in her building. In the caption, she wrote, “When u don’t have the time to go to the gym, try this .. simple yet effective cardio!”

Earlier, the actress released  another fitness video showcasing her unique strategies. Shamita Shetty, dressed in a mint green athleisure attire, demonstrated a 10-minute treadmill training regimen which included walking lunges, running, reverse squat walk, Overhead carry and others.  Lunges are a difficult exercise on their own, and doing them on a treadmill will test your limits. This activity not only burns calories, but it also improves lower body strength, balance, and stability, as well as general lower body endurance.

Overhead carry or Farmer’s carry performed by Shamita  is a functional strength exercise that requires you to hold weights above while on a treadmill. This workout improves your shoulders and core while also helping you burn calories when paired with other exercises.

On the other hand, running helps  improve your heart health, give you more energy, and keep your weight in control. Running on the treadmill allows you to modify the level to your liking to meet your fitness objectives.
