Saaniya Chandhok, who is reportedly engaged to batting legend Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun, was spotted at a family vacation of the latter to Madhya Pradesh’s Maheshwar recently. On Monday, Tendulkar posted a video of the same on his social media handle, where he was seen interacting with the local artisans, and one can spot Saaniya in the clip.
Tendulkar’s son Arjun was missing from the earlier pictures shared by the former and he couldn’t be spotted in the video either.
Maheshwar, located near Khargone city in Madhya Pradesh’s Khargone district, was the capital of Malwa under Maratha Holkar rule until January 1818, when Malhar Rao Holkar III shifted the capital to Indore.

Saaniya hails from one of Mumbai’s most well-known business families. She is the granddaughter of industrialist Ravi Ghai, whose Graviss Group owns Brooklyn Creamery and runs Baskin-Robbins in India.
Saaniya is the designated partner and director at Mr Paws Pet Spa and Store LLP, a Mumbai-based venture she has been involved in for the past three years.
On multiple occasions, Saaniya has been seen sharing a close bond with the Tendulkar family. A video of her with Sara Tendulkar and another friend from August 2023 can also be found on Sara’s Instagram profile.
The short clip offers a glimpse into Sara and Saaniya’s close friendship, capturing the trio enjoying a fun day out at Kew Little Pigs Farm, a multi-award-winning miniature pig farm.
As per media reports, it was Sara who first introduced Saaniya to Arjun. Just a few days ago, she shared a picture from her Pilates Studio launch, with Saaniya by her side. Saaniya was also seen at Tendulkar’s mother’s birthday celebration.
