Samsung Galaxy S25 FE gets new AI features, the One UI 8 version out of the box and some basic upgrades.
The Galaxy 25 FE model focuses on the basics and long OS cycle
Samsung has unveiled its new Galaxy FE phone and the latest Galaxy Tab S11 premium tablets at the Galaxy Event on Thursday. The Galaxy S25 FE completes this year’s flagship lineup for the brand.
The company is also bringing these two products to the Indian market, but for now we have all the details about the devices, including their design, their hardware specs and camera among others. Samsung is using Exynos chipset to power the new Galaxy phone, offer Android 16 out of the box and you get the class-leading 7 OS upgrades promised from the company.
Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Price
Samsung Galaxy S25 FE prices start from $650 (Rs 57,100 approx) for the base 8GB + 128GB variant, going up to $710 (Rs 63,100 approx) if you want the higher 8GB + 256GB model. The new Galaxy phone will be available later this month.
Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Specifications
Samsung hasn’t changed much in terms of the design but it does look a bit thinner than the S24 FE version. You get a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1,900 nits of peak brightness. The screen gets Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection.
Samsung is using its Exynos 2400 SoC to power the device with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The higher variants get UFS 4.0 storage support. It runs the latest One UI 8 version based on Android 16 and you will get 7 OS upgrades along with 7 years of security updates with the device. Samsung also bundles 6 months of free access to Google AI Pro plan.
The Galaxy S25 FE features a triple camera system that houses a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP telephoto lens with OIS and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. The phone packs a 4,900mAh battery that offers 45W charging speed but the charger is not available inside the box.
